Xello English provides online 1-to-1 English speaking courses and related study materials. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
Students must attend scheduled classes on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you must inform your tutor at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the class being counted as completed.
All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless a special installment plan is approved. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for students who are not satisfied with their first week of classes, subject to administrative review.
All content, study materials, videos, and curricula provided by Xello English are the exclusive property of Xello English and are protected by copyright laws. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Xello English shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
